Do you prescribe medication?

We do not prescribe medications, however we can help make a referral to a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner who can manage psychiatric medications.


Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Currently we accept Empire Blue Cross Blue Shields, Optum/ United Health Care, Aetna and Cigna.

Are you able to treat multiple family members?

Due to conflict of interest we are unable to treat multiple family members or friends for individual therapy.

What if I am living outside of the state right now or travel often?

We are only allowed to provide psychotherapy services when you are physically in the state we are professionally licensed in (NY and Ct).
